The Data Controller is YEG! S.r.l., headquartered at Viale Monza 4, Milan, email: contact@yeg.cloud (hereinafter referred to as “YEG!”). YEG! is responsible for projects promoted under the name MiTo Design Connections.

2. Purpose and legal basis of data processing
Personal data collected will be processed for the following purposes:

a) Service delivery:

Management of hotel, experiences, and activity bookings promoted under MiTo Design Connections;
Responding to requests submitted through the forms available on the Site;
Providing and managing requested services;
Improving services offered based on user preferences and experiences;
Ensuring technical support and assistance;
Complying with legal obligations.

b) Direct marketing purposes:

Sending information, promotions, and updates related to MiTo Design Connections projects and events.

Processing for purposes under letter a) is necessary for service delivery, while processing for purposes under letter b) requires the user’s explicit consent.

The personal data collected will be used exclusively by YEG! and shared with Unione Industriali Torino, where necessary, to manage and coordinate hotel, experiences, and activity bookings. Personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Union.

5. Data retention period
Personal data will be retained for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected:

Hotel, experiences, and activity bookings: Data will be retained until the conclusion of the booked activity or experience and subsequently for the period required by legal obligations.
Marketing purposes: Data will be retained until consent is withdrawn.

Access to personal data: Obtain confirmation of whether data is being processed and access relevant information.
Rectification or deletion: Request correction of inaccurate data or deletion of data.
